BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cosmetic Aesthetics By Hannah requires a booking deposit within 10 minutes of selecting and booking a service/s otherwise the requested appointment will automatically be forfeited. Alternatively, invoices can be sent upon request after booking and those invoices must be paid within 24 hours.

Failure to pay within the 24-hour time frame means you simply lose your appointment time.

No appointments will be held tentatively.

Deposit payment will be made via credit card online.

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice.

Your booking deposit goes towards the cost of your service on the day.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment within the 48-hour window, a new booking fee will need to be paid in advance prior to making another booking.

Booking fees are strictly non-refundable & non-transferable.

​

If you arrive at your appointment more than 15 minutes late, that will mean that you automatically forfeit your appointment as well as your booking fee.
